WOW! I AM SO FAR OFF THE BEATEN PATH I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. I HAVE ONCE AGAIN FALLEN OFF THE WAGON OF "CONSISTENCY". I WENT TO WEIGH MYSELF AND FOUND OUT THAT I AM GAINING AND NOT LOSING. I HAVE NOT WEIGH 220 ANYTHING IN ALMOSTA YEAR. SO I JUST GOTTA GET MY GAME FACE BACK ON, GET UP, DUST MYSELF OFF AND JUMP BACK ON.

WELL I'M BACK. I HAVE REALLY BEEN OFF MY ROCKER FOR THE LAST FEW WEEKS. A LOT HAS GONE ON AND I JUST HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GIVE THIS THE ATTENTION THAT I NEEDED TO. I STILL WANT TO LOSE THE 20LBS, BUT AT THE SAME TIME I JUST WANT TO DO THE RIGHT THING CONCERNING MY HEALTH AND HOW TO PROPERLY EAT. I PLEAN ON HITTING THE GYM TOMORROW AND WORKING OUT AT LEAST 3 DAYS THIS WEEK FOR AT LEAST AND HOUR A DAY. I'M TAKING IT ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!!

I SOOOOOO BLEW IT TODAY. I STARTED THE DAY WRONG AND JUST SPIRALED DOWN FORM THERE. BUT I AM GOING TO GET BACK ON TRACK AND KEEP IT MOVING. TODAY HAS REALLY BEEN A SOMEWHAT STRESSFUL DAY AND I DON'T USE FOOD AS A COMFORT, BUT WHEN I GET LIKE THIS I REALLY JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT MUCH OF ANYTHING. I CAN EASILY DEVELOP A "WHATEVER" ATTITUDE, SO DON'T WANT TO RIDE IN THAT CAR TO LONG. SO I'M GETTING OUT AT THE NEXT STOP!!!!! NO WORRIES!!!!!

TODAY I ATE OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST (ITS BEEN ABOUT A YEAR NOW) AND COFFEE. I THINK THAT WAS A GOOD CHANGE ON MY PART BUT, NOT EVERYDAY. I HOPE TO MAINTAIN MY 1500 CALORIE INTAKE TODAY. YESTERDAY I BLEW IT BY ABOUT 100 CALORIES AND I DIDN'T MAKE IT TO THE GYM FOR MY EVENING WORKOUT. BUT, I PLAN TO CHANGE THAT TODAY.
