My measurements are still 57cm waist and 44cm thigh, but I feel bloated and not hungry...I really want to go back to eating barely anything--enough nuts and granola! But I probably need to just keep pressing through with it and hope this feeling will go away with me eating normally and not restricting. If anyone has any tips they would be greatly appreciated!

Measurements are still the same as last week so...I have no idea...just have to keep increasing...yesterday didn't go quite so well, but I am going to try to hit the 1200 mark today.

Woohoo! Finally (nearly) reaching the 900 mark! I want to reach 1200 by the end of the week...next week 1500 and by 2nd week of June I want to be at 1800 cal. But one step at a time! :)

Same measurements...and honestly doesn't look like I am increasing my intake that much. BUT maybe I should log the exact number I eat even if the cal count is higher so it shows at least a little of my progress.

11pm here and fairly full from dinner but I think I am still going to have a late night snack of chocolate for dessert...
I don't feel as if I have necessarily eaten mass amounts of food, but I feel as if I ate a lot of calories that I didn't account for--extra almonds, raisins, dried coconut--but I have to keep reminding myself that my goal is to increase my calories and to gain about 4-5kg and not maintain where I am currently at.
