Well I didnt get up and exercise like I wanted...but i did get up and cook breakfast.. I never get up early to cook, its always cereal for the kids. But I am going with a few girlfriends to start zumba classes tonight. Kind of excited to go hang out with girls my age..lol.. I need to get up tomorrow morning and go walking for sure!!! NO EXCUSES!!

Last week my family and i went to an amusement park...we were riding everything and one thing one of my kids wanted me to ride, we could not close the safety bars to hold us in without closing in my leg and picnching it so bad. they had to let me out and asked me to move to the front becasue there was more "leg" room. i was so embarrassed!! after the ride my daughter won a trip on a cruise...there is no way i would go on a cruise trip looking like this!! thats when i decided i needed to do something about it and take care of myself and change my life!! its going to be a hard road because i may as well be doing this alone! no one in my family is obese like me and they think its so easy...i just want to have a before and after picture!! sounds stupid but i need this for me and my family so bad!!!!
