I'm feeling back to being more focused. I've been hitting the gym more now with the weather being too cold to run outside. So, that involves a weekly spinning class, weights, elliptical, and rowing mainly. I'm trying to focus to lose some now as the holiday parties will be starting up within the next 2 weeks. I usually gain 7 lbs during the holidays- Yikes!! I need to lose now to feel better in my dress and other clothes and to prepare for the parties.

Still getting better from being sick all last week. I am ready to workout again but a crazy schedule has been keeping me from it. I need to though and need to do it! Weight is maintaining so that's ok but still want to see it go down and don't want to lose my muscle- right back to working out!

I've been sick with a cold all week, so unfortunately have not felt well enough to work out all week. Last week was great with 6 days of WO's in a row. Hoping to feel good very soon and back at it! Eating is going pretty well though.

Well, it's a pound higher to report in, but I have worked out 5 days in a row this week, so am pleased about that! Will keep working to get it down.
