Yeah...Something tells me I need to get back to the gym. Haha. Oh well, It happens. I'm not going to cry over it.

I eat WAY too many carbs! Holy toledo batman! I never realized how many carbs I actually consume daily until I started using the "Enter Food" option again. Funny part? I still lose weight. Haha. I do need to cut down on the carbs though. I love my italian food and breads. This is going to be difficult.

I ate SO much bad food at dinner last night. I want to feel bad but at the same time I want to know that it's OK to splurge sometimes. I always feel so emotionally drained and guilty when I go out to eat. Sure, I could have made better choices BUT If I ordered something I didn't really want then I would have felt worse for wasting the calories on something that wasn't worth it!

It says I'm going to lose 14lbs in 2 weeks. Um yeah, I don't think that's possible unless I starved myself which I would never do. I love food too much. Haha.
