10 st 3.6 lbs Fat machine 24.8% No WW. Fingerprick cholesterol Mon 5.48 HDL 1.4 ratio 3.9 these are all better values than the last one altho that was a fasting venous one. Also being back to a daily walk etc has reduced my RHR from 71 down to 59 today, it's gone down steadily since I got back 'on it'. I have kept up the 16:8 IF and it's going ok. Very pleasing result this week so I'll carry on! I do miss getting up and eating brek but I don't find it difficult to wait, I'm less hungry in the mornings, sometimes it's worse before bed and then I think the morning will be bad but it's faded off by then. I think the way a jug of real filter coffee affects my blood sugar has changed, I don't seem to be getting the weak/shaky feeling from it, whether that's related idk. Some people apparently miss brek out but I've still been having all 3 meals, just in the 8hr window. We'll see how next week goes! (And this week's weigh in was even pre-loo visit, TMI I know, soz 😂)

10 st 6lbs Fat 25.4% No WW. A pound off since I started Mon is ok, not the usual 1st week boost of water loss but a) it wasn't a full week and b) with menopausal symptoms I wasn't sure if it was going to be a real uphill struggle to lose anything at all. So I don't really mind, and it's not like I made an ENORMOUS effort, just pushed myself to commit to meeting my step count and tracking again. Then Thurs I accidentally ate within only an 8hr window, and you hear all this buzz about 16:8 IF being so good for cholesterol and pre-diabetes, both of which I'm flirting with, so I thought I'd see if I could keep it up, and have done so far so we'll see...

10st 7lbs Fat machine 25.9% No WW. Got an afternoon tea today to celebrate four big family birthdays, really annoyed with myself that I'm now this weight so don't feel good for photos and always gonna look back on them with regret that I dropped the ball (again). But I just so lack motivation at mo, feeling blue and it comes out in over eating and missing out exercise in favour of sloth with a book. I'm kinda waiting for some sort of penny to drop but I know that really it's got to come from me, no one else can drag me out of my rut 😥

10st 2.2 lb Fat machine 24.8% FIVE AND A HALF ON AT WW!!! How is that even humanly possible in a week?! are the soya tablets I'm talking for hot flushes made of LEAD??!! I thought there was clearly some error but I've put 4lb on at home as well so clearly not. So much for not being fat and fifty :( I mean I know I'm not exactly fat, but a stone more than last year and not fitting my summer clothes again, and I'm so bloody angry with myself :(
