Up 1/2 a pound? Up 1/2 a pound? I followed the diet EXACTLY yesterday and have been following exactly pretty much since I started Monday. I didn't sleep the best....could that be it? I felt really stressed out about things in my relationship and things with school and finances...could that be it? I just don't understand it! I am really really hating myself right now!!!

I lost half a stinkin pound....great! :( At least I didn't gain though!

Yikes! Today seems to be a bad day! No more cashew nuts or sugar free pudding even if they are allowed they are way way too many carbs! I will be very surprised if I lose any weight tomorrow...in fact I wouldn't be surprised if I gained :( I am so disappointed in myself! What a bad day!!!

Does anyone know how to correctly enter in exercise? It says I burnt off 1700 calories which would be great except really I only burnt off 155 calories, haha. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it! xx
