Nursing an old shoulder injury today and for the near future. Modifications to current workouts are a must. I just have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. My dog as always is my biggest support team here. Ha!

Question...Advice How often do those working on muscle gain and inches lost actually measure themselves? How often should measurements be taken? It's a catch-22 with muscle gain really. I've just been going by pant size right now and I've noticed having to pull them up more often. I'm shrinking, but my weight hasn't changed much.

Any early risers out there that work out as soon as you get up? I'd love to get some advice on how you manage to do this.

I've decided to start a fat loss program in Jim Stoppani's encyclopedia. It's six weeks,five days per week. These workouts can be completed in under an hour. I did my first workout today which was around 35 minutes. It was one of the shorter workouts. You don't stop the entire time so I added a 5 minute warmup.
