I really want to be under 270 and past another mark into the 60s. The little goals help me stay focused. Does anyone know how I can reset my goal to something closer so I can use smaller goals? I'm only on the app on my phone I might have to log in on the computer.
my knees messed up because I've been working everyday, standing for 7+ hours. One of the reasons I really need to get this weight off! so I haven't been exercising :( hopefully my eating and the working will be enough!

Couldn't help myself. However it's good to know what I'm doing is working. Lots of starchy carbs, fresh veggies, and some seafood!

Had some fun before lent ;). Logging weight today and won't be weighing myself for the duration of lent.

Been eating lots of carbs and not tracking anything but still doing okay. Not eating only potatoes but mainly potatoes or sweet potatoes. It actually has helped me avoid a lot of junk because they're so satisfying. I could rock with any diet that lets me have unlimited baked fries and Siracha. 👍 not a huge loss but I'm also not exercising just going to work. I'll be kicking it up this week and getting my butt moving a bit more.
