I made it through 3 miles today and I feel great. I cannot wait until my legs feel better. I know that I will eventually adapt to working my muscles more and the pain will not be as great as the results. I am staying prayerful that through Christ who strengthens me I will win this battle.

I lost two pounds this week which is my goal for now. I am going to start changing my eating again to help with losing more weight beginning next week. I have to pace myself so that I do not get discouraged. I want to make life time changes and in order to do that I need to take this one day at a time and one meal at a time. Through Christ who strengthens me I will win this battle.

Today is my third day of working out and I feel good. I am feeling like I am accomplishing something. I am just keeping myself prayerful that I do not loose the enthusiasum of loosing weight. I need to remember that God will keep me moving.

I did my 30 min. of aerobics today and I used a dvd that uses gospel songs to move you. I feel like I am accomplishing things. I also had fruit and vegetables with all my meals today. For breakfast I had a banana along with strawberry yogurt and a yogurt bar. I had carrots with lunch and an orange. For dinner I had a nice salad as well as vegetables mixed in my turkey tetrazini. I am trying hard to make sure that I get more fruit and vegetables. One day at a time and one meal at a time. I can do this through Christ who strengthens me. I hope everyone has accomplished their goals for the day.

Today was the first day of working out and so far I feel good. I am still reminding myself that this weight loss will be one day at a time and one meal at a time. I am praying hard and working my way through it. I will be a success:0)
