I've fallen off my perch, have fallen weak to binges, I guess this is because I have starved my body for so long it can't take anymore. My health has depreciated. I have decided to go a different approach and see what works best, this number will go down and only be allowed up by muscle gain. I do hate myself for this but will not give up. For the record don't fall for McCafe banana bread, it tastes delish but it's 500-600 calories and I never realised til now and will not be touching it for a very long while.
I am open to suggestions from everyone as I want to get back on my horse and keep riding.

So I may have actually developed an eating disorder either Anorexia or Orthorexia.... so as an experiment I will try a day off counting calories tomorrow and see how I go o.O

I would have to say this is now muscle gain as I have been training with my PT and have eaten a decent diet of fruits and veggies mostly and still don't exceed 1300-1500 cals per day

Feel like such a fat ass right now and can't help it but hating on myself. I have a feeling though that this may be muscle gain or water weight as my diet has not changed very much except for a few calories difference into maintenance life =/

Can anyone tell me the differences between Light exercise and Moderate exercise? I'm having trouble deciding which one I fall under when calculating my calorie count as they don't really explain anything =/
