Enjoyed this one really big breakfast packed full of protein. Still have to get the flavoring right as I like my food spicy. I put paprika & cayanne pepper powder on the eggs. I will use some hot sauce next time but I'll look for a low sodium version.

So I updated a post earlier guess it did not post.
So let's try this again. Ha ha
Made me some protein pancakes they where awesome tried making them low carb but they where a bit high. I will adjust the ingredients next time I make them. As this batch made 4 pancakes about 4in in diameter.
Today is leg day and my left knee is a bit sore. But I know on Monday of next week I'm getting surgery on it and I'll be really stagnant for the next month. Better get it in now and reap the benefits. Lol.
Everyone have a Happy 4th of July. Off to gym I go.

All items are there except the ranch dressing choose different pic as it had different angle that showed items a little better. I had not added the dressing in this pic.

Bought me this scale today. I bought a cheaper version one but it would not hold the settings.I liked the features this one had and I got 10 bucks off plus another 15 percent of my total purchase.
It measures water weight to 1 % radiant, muscle mass to same radiant and fat mass. It displays the calorie count as well but I thint its way over. Shows I should consume 2866 calories. About 1k more than what I'm consuming now. I jumped on it and it displayed I was at 165.6. Not worried about that as it was in the evening. Like that it has me at 15% body fat. 40% muscle mass. Water weight was at 64.5% I don't get it as all this don't add up to 100% but oh well. Not worried about thise n I myers only want my FAT MASS to go down while MM goes up. Everyone have a great 4th of July if your state side.
