steps 4,033= 1.7 miles. Took dog for walk around large field then went to town to bank. Then cooked a large cottage pie and divided into 4 potions to share so giving us both 4 meals. Then for dinner will make loads of flat breads using Gram flour. That was interesting? Gram flour flat breads taste of cardboard. Well that's not true as cardboard tastes 100% better.

steps 4,121= 1.8 miles, so far today. Very cold morning a frost in the air. It's amazing to see so many people around in heavy coats with hats, scarfs, and gloves? As for me, I'm still just in a tee shirt, jeans and boots as walking with the dog is sweating hot.

steps 3,690= 1.6 miles just a short walk with the dog this morning, and it drizzled all the way around. Decided to cook Paella for lunch. Need to walk this afternoon and top up tonight for another 10,000 steps?
We are running out of mineral water so must do a large water order. Interesting is the information of fluid consumption on http://www.h4hinitiative.com/hydration-health/water-intake-and-kidney- as I drink about 4 litres a day, that means through out 24 hours. Which is fine for my age, weight, height, activities, diet. When I worked at a hospice I drank several litres and the hospice doctors said it was fine as long as I spread the water drinking over the whole day.
Just remember not to slosh it all down like a beer drinker!!
Just back from a walk with dog, Steps so far 7,920=3.3 miles. Now quick half a litre of water before a walk with my wife.Just got back and steps are now 10,822= 4.5 miles. No migraine

Got up earlier and after breakfast took dog for longer walk. Then vacuumed Lounge and chairs. Then washed carpet and wife's chair. Got lunch and tried a recipe (3 tbs coconut flour, 2 tbs butter, 1 tbs raw honey mixed together baking sheet 8 flattened balls 350 for 9 minutes to make little biscuits) and result was bloody rubbish.Steps so far 4,690=1.7 miles. Going for longer walk to night. Just finished walking and got 10,092 steps =4.3 miles. That's better and no migraine.

I supposed 2lbs a week lose is not bad? Still I don't want to lose weight too quickly because I've got another 10 months to drop 15 lbs. Steps so far 4,657= 1.9 miles. Now steps 5,527= 2.3 miles. No migraine
