I’m happy I lost but having a really low day. Custody battle and divorce is not natural. We aren’t supposed to have these feelings. All I want to do is sleep and eat today I’m so exhausted and just done. Cake would make me feel better for a little bit but it won’t fix my problems. I saw a picture taken of my yesterday and I hate it. I hate everything about it. My arms, my neck, my tummy. How did it ever get this bad and I’m still half way from the weight I used to be at my biggest. How so very horrible. I’ll be better tomorrow but today is just a very very low day.

5 miles walk, vacuuming, mopping, chasing the minion, dusting and fasting. Let’s get back on track. I have a minion to make proud.

Time to be honest with myself. I have not been focusing on what I’ve been eating. I kept promising myself I would get back on track but I haven’t. I’ve gained 12 lbs back and it’s time to own it. I want to be a healthier mother for her and I want to hit my goal weight by Christmas. At this rate I’m going to have to bust a$$ to get there. I can not keep letting other people stress me to the point of coping with food. I need to own the fact that I’m the one that buys it and I’m also the one that puts it in my mouth. I have an addiction to the feel good feeling we get from eating comfort foods and the sugar high I get from candy and sweets. I need to do better and stop self sabotaging. I know what to do and I’ve already lost so much. Time to stop being my biggest bully and start being my own best friend. I can do this, I will do this and I’ve already done this. Lead by example not by defeat.
