Okay so I definitely splurged this weekend. My husband and I enjoyed a good pig out of pizza and soda. But in return we got the entire apartment in working order except for the den. Today I went to Body Pump and raised the weight in everything except legs and back. Legs I'm going to stay the same weight with. I actually had to stop, but back I will definitely go up in come Wednesday.
It's very hard staying on the right track when you're your only support system. But you know what, I'm the only one holding myself back from where I want to be. I'm the only one holding myself back from drinking my goal amount of water. I mean c'mon... just drink the damn water! I let myself run off the track on the weekends. NO MORE. I stuck to what I put in my food log and when I get home I will stick to my ONE serving of spaghetti and salad. I just need to stick to it for 4 weeks. That it. Then I will be able to see that my body is changing and I will then WANT to stick with it.

Totally indulged today. Had to get my Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin cream cheese muffin. Now that its out of the way I should be good. Body Pump today!

So I did better than I thought I would. At the start of last week I wasn't able to go to the gym because I pulled a muscle in my neck. I was on an anti-inflammatory, a muscle relaxer, and tramadol. Doc was REALLY trying to make sure I was out for the count I guess. But Friday I had my eval to start back up my horseback riding lessons. For an hour and a half I was riding showing them what I know so they knew what horse to put me with and where I should be lesson wise. I forgot how much of your body horseback riding works. Thankfully my butt didn't hurt since I've been spinning, but the next day my arms, abs, obliques, back, and legs were all sore. Not to mention I really need to start adding some ab exercises at home since I leave Body Pump before we get to the abs. You really need good core strength in the saddle.
Sunday night after taking a 3 hour nap and then spending the next 6 hours on the couch binge watching Vampire Diaries on Netflix I decided to turn on Pandora and do what I had been planning to do all day... CLEAN. So it's 11:30 pm, I have pandora playing the 2000's hits I grew up with, drinking coffee, and dancing like a maniac while cleaning. Got an excellent 3 hour workout without even really trying.
Today we are back at work. I have spin later. Late last week I went to buy a new pair of jeans. Found out I'm in a freaking 14! Even then they fit, but I COULD HAVE gone up to a 16. It's ridiculous. I'm done. I'm over it. I refuse to go up any more. I really got to get myself into gear.
