i have finally gotten past trace on my ketostix.. and past small.. and into moderate.. yay me!! I have been really vigilant for the last 2 weeks about no sugar no carbs(other than some veggies). So I am super excited about getting closer to the end of that color chart on that dang bottle. i went to the doctor this past Tues. I weigh less than i have in a year andI lost 27 pounds in just over 2 months. I have not weighed today but will in the morning. hoping to see a change in the scale. I weighed 247lbs in Dec of '08. 137 up until last Oct. Then BAM!! Steroids from the doc due to chronic sinus infections and spraining my back twice did not help.. I gained 40 pounds in a year. I am now back down to 153 as of yesterday and I have my eye on the prize. I want to see 137 back on my scale soon.. wish me luck.
