Starting my effort to lose the surplus weight today. Going to:
- log food and exercise daily
- limit my food to ensure weight goes down
- make allowances for social occasions, if there are any, and occasional treats, but not allowing too much excess, and not too often
- get back into various types of exercise
- journal as needed - made my journal private, as it's really just for my own benefit at the moment.

Set up a two-week private challenge with daily reporting, and joined the new Sassy challenge that starts next week for 8 weeks, and another challenge that starts today.

Need to make sure that this becomes a mission, and that I don't get distracted. Might be a bit tricky due to rising Covid numbers locally, including two people in our building. Hope we and nobody else in the building and in the village will get it! Maybe we will be in lockdown again soon?
