Had a 10 day break from my diet, special events occurred, parties, name days etc.
Must say that it's really tiring to plan your meals, shop specific groceries in small amounts and then cook them.
"What do you mean ONLY 100grams of feta cheese, miss?" ~guy at the dairy products section. It's very common here in Greece to buy feta cheese in enormous amounts. Same thing with dried fruits and nuts. Yeah, like a student who's living on her own and tries to regulate her portions, is going to consume 2 pounds of feta cheese on her own. -_-
Apart from that, I'm having a hard time finding products that meet the standards of being low fat, low sugar, high in protein or fibre and low in sodium. Not to mention the conservatives, artificial stuff that I can't even spell etc.
When you decide to eat clean, DAMN you don't have many options, and usually, the money/amount ratio, is disappointing.
Back on track again, let's hope everything works out fine. I'll try to add as much exercise as I can..and if I can afford it, I'll join the fitness club.

Caved in to some sweets, mostly cookies and cake due to a seminar I had to attend, couldn't resist. If I was actually hungry, it wouldn't be this bad, but truth is, it was just a craving.
I should exercise more. Cutting calories is not fun, and apart that, weight loss must be accompanied with exercise.

So, I tried to run today. Eh, I mean jog. No,crawl. I never considered my self a fitness fan, but despite being chubby, I used to have a good physical condition. Either walking, either swimming, either stretching, home DVDs etc. Well, time flies, and it appeared that I got rusty. I couldn't stand to run for 2 minutes. Hilarious. I used to jog almost 3 kilometers non stop back then. Starting from the bottom again!
Wtf is wrong with men and high heels, and especially when a woman doesn't want to wear them for her own personal reasons?

Wow. This was unexpected! Doubt if it's fat loss or just fluids, but it made me cheer up.

Talking bout respect? RESPECT? question is...do YOU even respect YOURSELF?
You're probably the weirdest motivation I ever had during all these yrs I struggle with my weight. Weird but effective. The rage you give me everytime I think of you, is all I need to f*cking stick to the plan.
