This week i've allowed myself some carbs. Mostly just Cheerios. I've been doing Healthy choice, lean cusine, and south beach frozen dinners all along for portion control. that seems to work well with me even though they have some carbs. My snacks and everything else is low carb high protien and fiber. I am not getting hungry and feel very satisfied when I have meals.
This week i've added more vegetable and some fruit. Mostly strawberries. An occasional low fat yogurt. I am not a breakfast person, but I get it that I "NEED" to eat it. Still working on that. I usually do coffee, then a hearty snack (ham and cheese roll) and an early lunch. In the after noon I do an early dinner and try not to eat but only a light snack in the evening. It's working fine for me. I go to bed at 8:00 so there's no temptation to watch TV and eat.

I was excited on Wednesday of this week that I was down to 199lbS! I have not been under 200 since before the birth of my 5th baby in November 2006. I was SOOOO excited. But when I weighed in this weekend, I weighed 203. But hey, I'll take it! the scale is still on it's way down!
We had a marriage confernece this weekend. I stuck to the diet good, just maybe the mints over did it.
