Today was extremely chaotic! I didn't eat or drink anything until 6:45pm & chose poorly as to what I ate.. I'm definitely not looking forward to weighing in tomorrow.. But I have to hold myself accountable for my choices. I won't let this deter me from reaching my goal.. Even if the scale moves up instead of down tomorrow. I'll get right back on track!

So...We went to Olive Garden last night to celebrate my birthday (which was last week, but my sister wanted to take me). I was hesitant because I was so worried I would gain back a pound or two.. But, I ordered eggplant parmesan and had the salad. Thankfully, I didn't undo my hard work :) I'm focused on losing 10 pounds a month, 50 pounds by Christmas and 100 pounds before we go back to Puerto Rico in June. Last Monday I weighed in at 250, today, I'm 243.. 7 pounds in a week and a half. I believe my goals are achievable and I'm really focused on reaching them!

Ok... I had a feeling I would gain a little back. Yesterday I decided to implement a once a week "cheat" meal & went out for sushi with my husband. The whole time I was worried about how much weight I would gain back! Needless to say, I'm cancelling my cheat meal! Yes, it was delicious!! .. But, to me, it's not worth it! I've regained my focus & I won't let this small downfall deter me from reaching my goal! On the other hand, today makes 1 week since I started eating differently & I've lost exactly 5 pounds! Last Tuesday I weighed in at 248.6 & today I weighed in at 243.6.
