Counting this as a victory. I have been feeling unwell and despite only losing 0.2 lbs, when I have been logging my food carefully - did groceries with no chips cookies or sweets for me. I am bummed with my lack of progress, but (and here's the victory) the marshmallows I bought for campfire didn't get opened driving home from the grocery store!! It was on the seat beside me.

Tried to hit my goal of walking 2 km this morning. I miscalculated and only got 1.77 km. The positivity in me says, " Hey! Look at you, walking, first thing in the morning, on a Monday morning, putting yourself first and for trying! Well done!" To all of you in a similar situation, you didn't precisely meet your goal, but you tried, Bravo!! BE proud.

Craving sweets! 2.5 weeks working hard to be free of the cravings. I have calories left to eat Oreos. I am afraid that by eating them, I will lose control. I know that this craving was triggered by financial stress and an afternoon of calculations. Treats are essential occasionally. How do I win this internal battle?
