The beautiful weather is motivating me!
I feel less gloomy than past weeks and sort of refreshed again. I will be entering down everything I eat once again, not giving in to easy temptations, taking care of my precious health and being more mindful.
Officially pressing that reset button today.

Oh boy! I didn’t even weigh myself because of major fall backs this past week 🤦🏻♀️ I’ve been indulging in my cravings and feeling so disappointed in myself 😔 I know this is part of the journey and the important part is not to give up and keep putting in the efforts. Not being so hard on myself. But shoot. It ain’t easy that’s for sure.
Snacking has been a big setback for me.
Ive been looking at pinterest for healthy snack ideas. I have to change what I snack on during movie/tv time. I made the mistake of buying the foods that i easily crave ( chips, chocolate) telling myself, “Ah! Once or twice it’s not that bad” but that’s exactly when I spiral downwards.
Any tried and true snacks that have helped you guys in your weight loss journey, please let me know! 🙏🏼☺️. Take care FS fam!
