Another 12 hour night. Ate mostly cheese sticks. Still sick and a little dry. Must be the weather. Back on bulletproof, adding collagen because I am sooooo sore. Going to get lots of leafy vegetables in today(gonna try).

Fresh start to healthy week, there are a lot of cookies to dodge this week so I'm going to arm myself with a good keto breakfast each morning and my regular food and plenty of water!

Packed healthy lunch, did not eat during 12 hour shift. instead ate with coworker most delicious biscuit with gravy. Just barely did not pick up bowl and lick clean. Fell into almost coma-like state. had to eat spirulina tablets to make a come back.
Went to dinner with hubby and scraped rice from almost everything. split plum wine. it was also delicious. Must get back on track for week ahead.
