I have done HORRIBLE!!! Between computer problems and the Holiday Cravings!!! Anyway, a few days before the Christmas, found out I was PREGNANT!!!!. Had HORRIBLE cramping back pains. I was a mess in bed for days. Finally gave in and, that was what I learnt. I do intend to regroup and stay focused and hop right back on the wagon. I do not want this pregnancy to end up like the last one.

Been a few days that I have not logged due to stuff going on. And, I will say this ... LOGGING IS IMPORTANT to successful weight loss. I have not been eating anything crazy, but, certainly have been overeating fats and stuff.
Well, I am recomitting to my logging :). Before, I sabotage myself.
Also, I am considering transitioning fron LCHF to the Dash Diet!
I will keep researching, but, I think the body needs the change. We'll see.

I am Thanking GOD for taking me through this week. This week felt like a nightmare, but GOD is able.

Today I woke up to a weight of 166.2 pounds. I am feeling good that the scale is moving in the right direction. I drank more water yesterday - but, still not as much as I should have been drinking.
My plan for today is to at least try to drink a bit more than I did yesterday.
I am really enjoying logging my food consumption.
Looking forward to a good Day in the LORD!

Today the scale has started to move again. I am feeling very hopeful. :) Let's see how it goes.
I am so DETERMINED to get to my goal weight.
