ok time to get back on track! I have been exercising 3-5 days a week on a regular basis! I really need to get my calories in check! Help!!!!!

Usually don't exercise on weekends but I got a 3.5 mile in today with a friend! Go me! every little extra will help!!!!!! Great start to my weekend!

got my exercise in today!!! for now I'm going to concentrate on diet and exercise and not the scale!!!Sometimes that scale can be your worse enemy

Calf still hurting. Still on the bike. There is quite a difference between the burn on both the bike and treadmill ! Have to work much harder on the bike to achieve the same results! I look like an idiot doin it but really don't care . No excuses!!!!!
