Oops! Didn't balance out my food very well yesterday. Kinda skipped lunch which made me a little out of control STARVING by dinner. Today's goal: Balance throughout the day.

Frustration is setting in. My weight started coming down when I was eating in 1700-1800 calorie range. Now I shoot for 1550 and I'm gaining weight. Wondering if this also might have something to do with the fact that my cardio has come way, way down. I'm just plain confused and frustrated. This is making me OCD!

Feeling puffy today and it's showing on he scale. Wondering if I'm eating too much sodium. Just finishing my period so that could be contributing as well. I don't think my food choices have been too bad, though I need to get the candy out of my house.
