I gained a little weight but I have not been good with my diet and exercise. I strained my back so I have not exercised for a week. Today I was so hungry I ate two big Hardee’s roast beefs! I will try harder next time. I have tried to log some of my foods today to get used to it but I am slow at doing it so I stopped. Is this app that everyone uses to log their food or do you know of any very good apps that do both food and exercise? I hope everyone is having a great week!

I lost 3.5 lbs! Losing weight again after gaining from the holidays. It’s hard to lose weight for me during the winter time because I am not as active. I do watch and participate in dance/aerobic dvds though along with housework which I need to do daily and more of. My goal is to lose a lot of weight before the end of May. I was hoping to reach my overall goal at the end of April but I think it is not realistic. Well, I hope everyone is doing well and having success in their 2021 goals/resolutions. I know I messed up on some of my New Years resolutions this year but when I do, I take a break that day and start fresh again the next day. Have a great day! 😊

Merry Christmas everyone! I have gained more than 10 lbs since I last weighed in! Mostly due to the holidays, October - candy, Thanksgiving and now Christmas. I have not logged in for 5 months! I was very busy getting my place ready for winter and here it is. I am motivated now though to lose all this weight before it gets warm again. I will try to log on every few days again now that I stay home a lot due to the coronavirus crisis. I hope everyone is healthy, staying safe and doing well in their goals. 😊

Still losing weight. Exercising, eating healthy and staying active seems to be working. Also drinking lots of water. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals! Have a great day! 😊

Slowly losing the weight but I will not mind as long as it’s progress. Still very active, exercising and eating healthy. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals too! 😊
