Hi! I need your help with motivation!
My friend does not have any motivation for dieting and weight loss and she has started several diets and finished them as soon as she sees something sweet. When she has a hard day she surrenders to the sweets and after she is devastated.
I want to help her with the motivation but don't know how.
I train a lot and have motivation because I compete and want to win - for me and for my children to be a role model and for my wife. And to beat my friends when racing. So there is a lot of motivation. And when I train I get a rush, good feelings after training, so I want to train. I started 70 day challenge where I don't eat sweets and today it was 9 day. I have one excel sheet where I mark each day as success.
I came here to get to know what motivates you and how I could motivate her to stay on diet - eating healthy food and not surrender to sweets. Any comments are welcome!
