Was injured for a bit so am thrilled I don’t weigh more. I am working on diet so that’s helping it stay reasonable until I can build up my exercises again

Started my version of GAPS and paleo diets yesterday
No longer using trainer, got injured
Restarting training my own way now too

Yay! Exercise- I started working out everyday for 18 days straight and finally got to 3 sets of each exercise plus added in some cardio. I am going to ramp up exercises next week. Diet - I am working on getting my macros as close to the mark as I can, fats are still too high its all healthy fats but still too much. I am starting to get to the range of protein I should eat, took me ages. Carbs are pretty well on point, usually a bit under. I want to increase veggies but I get reactions to a lot of veggies so it’s tough. Water - I am still too low here. I get in 1L a day which is better than before but I need to increase that.

Hi everyone
New to FatSecret. I joined because I need to become more aware and accountable for what I am eating. I am at the heaviest weight I have ever been. I had a lot of accidents and injuries so I gained weight and lost my level of fitness. I just started working out everyday again and love it. So now I just need to get back to eating healthy. Yay!
