My eating today has been mostly on track, I did have a mars bar for a little treat.
Working out today has been snow shoveling/blowing. I'm about to go out for the 3 time today as we have had 25cm of snow so far and it still snowing. That one of the pleasure's of living in Goose Bay NL, snow and usually lots of it. I cant really complain about this winter as its been fairly mild compared with past winters.

Everything is on track apart from my exercise as I'm still feeling under the weather and have zero energy.
Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better.

My meals and cals for today are on track. Tonight after supper I start my second and finale 24 hour fast for this week.
I walked today did not feel like doing much as I feel under the weather, I think I might be coming down with a cold, that's not surprising as its been cold one minute and hot the next. Roll on spring and summer.

I had a good weekend, my eating was off on Sunday as I had a meeting and pot luck meal after Church.
Today is a fast day I have had nothing to eat since 5pm yesterday and will eat again at 5pm today.
Fasting is a natural way to cut calories. I started fasting after reading Brad Pilons Eat stop Eat back in 2013. I fast now to help keep my blood sugar low and to help me lose/maintain weight. Every time I stopped fasting I've gained weight which has happened several times since 2013. The only time I don't fast now is when I'm on my summer holiday, Easter and at Christmas.

I'm looking forward to the weekend. Today my workout was sprints on my treadmill for 20 mins, hard/easy. I'm sure my sprints look more like a jog to some of you. They went well and I enjoyed them.
My eating has been on track this week, I will have a few extra calories tonight a I like something salty along with a of shot Jack Daniels as I play cards with my wife.
I aim for an 80 to 85% compliance with my diet and exercise program which for the most part I stick to.
