Slow and steady wins the race.
My focus is good but I am shooting for excellent. I cannot get derailed.

I have surpassed my first goal weight of 160. Thank you God!
Now I have another goal of 145. That puts me in a healthy BMI for the first time in a VERY long time.
This has been a long journey and now to lose just a few more and then I'll learn to maintain. I am in this for life. I am a food addict and I'll always need to be mindful of my weight.
It doesn't just stop at goal.
Victory is close. Do you wonder what goal feels like? Can you feel it too?
Don't quit. Believe in yourself. This has been SOOOOOO worth it!

I am so close to the finish line for the initial goal that I chose. My new goal is to get to 145.
I feel great. I haven't been this size since high school.
Don't quit folks. If I can lose almost 90#, you can too.
My mantra for this month-"Don't give up what you want the most for what you want right now."

Less than 20# until I see what goal feels like.
So happy that my collar bones, hip bones and waist have made an appearance again. I feel like I actually have a figure.
Keep it up folks. If I can lose 80+#, you can too!
