so i know its only the second day.. but i suck at portioning. i try something i like and i just eat too much. and then theres so much guilt to what you eat. any tips to just eat what i need? to stop saying just one more?

Okay.. not sure how to start this first journal entry so ill just talk about me. im in highschool and i dont think ive ever been comfortable with my body image. i fell gross. i feel like everyone judges.. even if they dont. When im with a guy, all i can think is theyd rather be with someone prettier. so today i decided im going to try my hardest to lose something. tone up? not sure how im going to exactly do this because my mom isnt exactly a go getter on buying healthy food, and even though i love running, i hate people seeing me do it. im going to try home work outs and hopefully start out trying to portion better. good luck to me...
