Day 3.
Yesterday went well. Even though I was scared at the thought of going out to dinner I managed to eat healthy and make a healthy choice for the most part. I ended up ordering a greek gyro plate with beef. Plate had about 6 ounces of beef, a salad with no dressed 2 medium size potatoes, some rice and taziki sauce. I made sure my boyfriend had most of the rice and half the potatoes so I can enjoy my taziki sauce without feeling guilty when I came home and looked up the calories for everything it was only about 12 calories for the whole meal. I was so excited. I picked up some weight watchers bread as well. I find it amazing how two pieces of their bread fills me up just as much as the regular stuff! I decided to stay away from cold cuts and only eat chicken or tuna with very little mayo on my toast for my sandwhiches. I am super excited and nervous for the turkey dinner on Sunday since in Canada it is thanksgiving weekend. I hope I can stay away from the stuffing my favorite part of the meal yumm.

Today is day 2 of weight watchers. Yesterday, went fantastic. The little Points Finder card goes with me wherever I go and I have learned to quickly calculate how many points something is worth. I managed to stay right on target yesterday and I am really proud of myself. I did a lot of window shopping so I managed to fit in 3 hours worth of walking for my exercise yesterday. Today, I went out and picked up some multivitamins to help me out since weight watcher recommended that I take some multivitamin. I am really excited about stepping on the scale next Tuesday. I feel fantastic and I guess for now it is because I am eating better and it is making me feel great about myself.

So today I went to sign up for weight watchers. I am tired of having excess weight on me and hoping for a positive change. My main goal now is not to gain anymore weight and to slowly start taking off the weight I put on over the past couple of years. I am very nervous starting this diet since many others have failed me. I got a ton of support this time around and I am eager to get started.
