Weight is 1.2 lbs > yesterday. Body Fat % is 0.4% > yesterday.. BUT.. I weighed in 4 hours earlier than yesterday. I'm sure if I has weighed in at same time it would have been much better.
I'm a long distance hiker and try to spend from 4 weeks to 4 months at a time each year hiking the Appalachian Trail but due to this virus hoax I postponed my 1000 mile plus hike this past Spring and to be honest have been slack on my training this year.
But today I got out of bed at 5:00 AM so I could do a 10 mile training hike with my 40 lb plus backpack before more rain moved in. I live in the foothills of western North Carolina and it has rained for most of the week. Hopefully I can get another 10 miles in tomorrow.

Weight 1.2 lbs < yesterday, Body Fat % 0.3 % > yesterday. I'm surprised weight is down because my exercise yesterday consisted of changing TV channels with the remote. lol.. I was pretty sore from dumbbell workout the day before, but you shouldn't exercise the same muscle groups two consecutive days. BUT.. I could have did something else. I guess I should sue myself.. lol..

0.1 lbs < yesterday Body Fat 30.3 %, exactly same,, water weight %, BMI, Muscle Mass. I should not have broke down and made that Peanut Butter and Honey sandwich WITH the Whole Wheat bread yesterday evening instead if making it WITHOUT the bread.. lol.. The Peanut Butter and Ritz crackers probably didn't help matters either.
