My weight was on Friday morning. I got a coritzone shot in my knee that afternoon. No exercise, lots of pain! Our nephew was here and I made s few cheats, but really did incrediably well with all the temptations I made for him including biscuts and gravy yesterday!! I went to a luncheon on Sat. and the menu was tomato soup, salad, and sandwich on croissants. Picked the stuff off the croisants and ate the soup and salad. Up a pound this morning, but ate almonds just before I went to bed. I find they help greatly with other issues that come up with no grains.
Per Serving: 356 Calories; 20g Fat; 40g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; breakfast this morning. Will add to total at the end of the day. Sometimes it is hard to write your food when you cant find exactly it on the food entries.
