Haven't counted calories in a while. definitely do still want to do 3 months hard in terms of counting calories and working out next year. But right now I'm really enjoying getting stronger and healing my relationships to food. It feels good setting and sticking to boundaries, and not overeating junk food, consciously eating balanced meals and honoring my hunger and satiety cues. Once these changes become engrained, I'll focus on weight loss. For now, super happy I'm no longer living riddled with anxiety about gaining weight. That was making me more unhappy than my weight itself. Hope everyone is kind to themselves this festive season and not kind in the reckless , " I'll eat whatever I want, its dzemba" way, kind in the way that they honour their aspirations concerning their health, whilst not setting unrealistic expectations. anyway, #healthfirst #keeppushing #wegotthis

been obsessing about my weight and food for weeks now and letting other things slide. I know this isn't healthy, but can't seem to snap out of it. Hope that throwing myself back into work this week helps.

anyone on here tried supplementing with L-Glutamine to curb sugar cravings? So tired of binging and daily cravings.
