On another note.....My BIGGEST food obsession is Lay's regular potato chips! Or any other chip for that matter. A couple weeks ago, I had an appointment with my rheumatologist and after discussion some issues regarding RA and a flare that I was experiencing...she asked has your diet changed? Why yes, yes it has....eating far more veggies, lots of salads, etc. Discussion expanded into what kind of veggies....answered - tomatoes, peppers, spicy etc. She then said you might want to cut nightshades out. So no tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant (meh), bell peppers, paprika, tomatillos.

WHAT.....no potatoes? My anthem? I am shaped - like the almighty spud.

Hubby wanted some with sandwiches we made for dinner a while back.....that same bag of Lays is still in the pantry. A proud moment if you ask me....because a bag of chips, historically, has never made it past 48 hours. I guess my willpower is winning out - at least for now.
