Hi everyone,
I am new to this app. I have posted a few times and I see that they come up for me, but I want to make sure I am doing this correctly. How do you all do your posts? Through the Journal Entry? what do you keep your settings at? Any help would be appreciated. Not always easy to teach an old dog new tricks! Happy Saturday!

went to the gym tonight and had a good workout. amazing how much energy I have afterwards!

Hello, I am new to this site and I am still trying to figure some things out. I would love any helpful advice.
When I intially entered in my stats, it calculated my target calorie intake and the macronutrient goals. Here is my concern. It said to eat 1900 calories. My fitbit said I only burned about 1400 calories,so if I was to make the goal of 1900 calories and burned 1400 there is a net of 500 calories I am hanging on to. Guess I should just get moe activity in to make that goal???
as far as the macronutrients, what is a good carb, protein and fat intake gor weight loss. again it seems that the app was generous with their amounts of what you could take in.
I get frustrated with guess work. I would just like to know what I should aim for. if any others have feedback I would like to hear it.
