Ok, I’m betterish. Not going to IF right now. It was just spiraling me into a depression. I’ll just try and focus on calories and healthy food.
~1660 calories a day
11620 calories a week
100g protein a day

Lunch: Yogurt and granola, Protein shake, Banana
2 carrot sticks 2 cherry tomatoes 1 mini cucumber
Snack: nuts
Dinner: chicken dumpling soup
Dessert: ice cream sandwich
I’m depressed. Eating makes me happy. I want to eat. Being fat makes me sad. I don’t want to eat. I’m fat anyway so why not eat. Ugh.
I want a new life. Can I have a do over?

Today was leftovers all day
Lunch: quinoa bowl
Reese’s pumpkin
Fruit snack
Dinner: chicken fried rice, stuffing, butter chicken
Dessert: Hip chip, snack size peanut mm
Also for shits and giggles I weighed myself before I showered and I was 146.9. After drinking lots of coffee and eating lunch. What the heck.

Breakfast: 2 Eggs 1/2 avocado 2 street taco size tortillas
Lunch: 1.5 egg roll
Part of large Steak and meatball Pho
Most of 1/2 Vietnamese sandwich
Dessert: 1 Peanut butter mochi
2 Asian candies
1/2 c caramel swirl ice cream
Snack: Most of a banana
My husband keeps asking me if I want food forgetting I’m fasting. If I want a few veggie straws or a taste of his milk shake. 3 or 4 times today after my window closed. And that is really o e of the major reasons I’m fasting- because I don’t need the snacks after mealtime is over.

I know I literally just said that I need to not be disappointed when I don’t lose weight, but that was before I was 147 again.
Not that I did entirely the best with eating.
Lunch: large croissant, baked potato, cucumber and tomato
Dinner: very large salad with carrot tomato cucumber avacado onion black beans chicken and a little too much dressing cause it came out fast.
Snack: nuts
Dessert: snack size peanut m&ms and snickers
