So not that I think anyone would have specifically noticed my sudden drop off the app, but I had a good reason! I found out I'm pregnant! I considered continuing to track what I was eating but decided against it to allow myself to eat what my body thinks it needs, without guilt. I've noticed I feel better when I continually eat throughout the day. If I go more than about 2-3 hours since eating, I start getting nauseous.
"But Sara," you ask, "why are you back on if you decided to stop tracking?" Good question. Unfortunately, I've been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. My dietician requested I bring in a food log when I go to meet with her, and I figured this was as good a place as any to keep track again.
Not sure if I'll stick with FatSecret all the way through or if there's a different app that will work better for tracking, but at least for a while tracking on here needs to become habit again.

Up a couple lbs for the first time since I started tracking calories at the beginning of this year. I know I've been "bad" this week - making choices I know aren't the healthiest, eating more than I need to/more than I know I should, and generally turning to food for "comfort".
There was a system upgrade last weekend at work to the system I primarily use all day. There's a pretty steep learning curve, and it's been stressful this week re-learning how to do everything. Not to mention there's a lot of extra temptation with food being ordered in for the team working on the upgrade. Trying not to beat myself up about it, with minimal success.
