What a weekend didnt do much point counting but I did try to keep a clear picture of what I was eating...im sure I went over a bit but not too much...I back countin again...Iwill not fall off for long periods of time anymore.

I started out yesterday eating well...With the intention to be a little bad at a family function i was attending later in the evening...Well it turns out that I ate way too much and drank way too much on a tuesday evening. Now the weekend is here yet and have about two other affairs to go to before i can start a fresh week...and im sure I have no more flex bonus points left.
but thats ok...Cause any other time I would have fell off and said what the point...but im immediately back on track today with my egg whites and berry smoothie...Im having what was left of my roasted chicken in veggies for lunch...For dinner I will probably eat something light...

Out and about with the kids all day...did manage to do better than normal. Normal is way over my point range on th weekend... Weekends are hard for me because Im usually very inconsistent with my eating. im always on the go and never know where i may end up. I tried to beat that today by eating a banana and drinking two glasses of water before even walking out the door.

It is a cloudy day here in NYC... Makes you want to grab some comfort food and go to sleep...Sigh

This is my first day loggin in...Fat Secret seems to be so much better than the other free wedsites around.
I am really trying this time to this right...I have used excuses of being stressed and not having the time to do anything. But the only thing that it has gotten me is a larger dress size. I am a believer that we have control over our own lives in most respects...and many times I dont feel that way in alot of areas in my life. So im picking my weight as the one thing that i can control..Hopefully this will help me deal with all the other pressures that life seem to bring my way...
