I HAVE to start preparing lunch and snacks the night before!! When I don't I am left with crappy choices that make me physically ill once I enter them into my food diet!! One burger has 510 CALORIES and that's not even close to as bad as it could be! God I can not begin to imagine what I was consuming before I started keeping track! IT'S NASTY!! And I have the nerve to sit and wonder how I got so damn FAT!! WOOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!

Yesterday was one of those "eat whatever I could get my hands on" days.. luckily what was readily available was not as bad as it could've been!! I have my RDI set at 1500 which is actually 500 less than where it should be.. So I still even at 2000 calories stayed within range but DAMN!!! Today off to a much better start! Oh plus I was in the office completely alone yesterday so I think boredm (sp?) got the better of me too!! Oh well today is a new day!

UH OH..having one of those days that NOTHING seems quite satifying and I am already at 1100 calories for the day! Gotta love what P.M.S. does to a womans emotional state and to your cravings!!!

Finally feeling better after 3 days!! The weather here changes so drastically this time of year and it sucks! Ok so back on the exercise wagon today... not sure what I will do though because it is raining and nasty.. Hmm maybe my 10 year old motivator will have some ideas tonight..This is when not having a gym membership really stinks!

I really dislike being sick!! I lost 3 days worth of exercise and food tracking...Oh well.. Not much food intake to track when you sleep 14 hours!!! Back on the wagon today..... although I still do not feel 100%.. :O(
