I'll never tell you that you can't have something - I will tell you to look up the portion size and make a decision based on whether or not it works in your WOE. and then stick to the portion size based on your total meal. I have to plan ahead for Mexican restaurants just because there are a lot of hidden sugars and carbs - but I still enjoy if it makes sense to do so.

I can do this. Before my grandmother passed away in dec she told me i was gaining my weight back so if i touch the chips she might slap me. (Yes we are having a birthday party for my dead grandmother my grandfather seems to think it will make him feel better. Whatever works.

I did it. Even with my aunts trying to give me cake.. No cake no carbs either. (Other than the few in the salsa and pico)

It smelled so good. When they put the queso in front of me i almost keeled over.. Lol. I just moved the basket of chips out if my reach.. ( waiter kept bringing more thinking there weren't enough i finally told him i don't want them in front of me..lol
