Weight is still staying down, and I can't make it go up. This is totally weird, and I have no idea why, as I am now fully well again. Can it be that I am inadvertently burning more calories than I used to? Anyway I'm fed up with eating more than I want just to keep weight on, so am just going to eat what I fancy, and of course keep weighing to make sure weight doesn't start going up too much. Or down too much!
Only three weeks now till we go back to the UK, and the weather is just starting to improve, so I wish we could stay here longer. Looking forward to the China trip though 😀

Heidi, just eat what is comfy for you. Your body must like the current weight so go with it.

Oh, and 'up' would be more normal for me too. That's why I've been unsure what to do! Will just keep monitoring, as usual....

I wish I could visit UK soon. I enjoy watching lots of British dramas such as Doctor Who, Call the Midwives, Downton Abby; to name just a few. I am also a big fan of Blur, Stone Roses, Radiohead, Dire Straits, etc. I really want to travel to the country whose entertainment industry has offered me so much fun. BTW, I love Nigella Lawson's deep, husky voice. It makes the food 100 times more delicious. Good luck with your plan. China is a wonderful place to visit for sure.
