Wow I had a bad week.

Last Sunday we ordered Chinese food, then on the Monday I went out for dinner with my parents and I ate nachos... Yeah, not a good week for dieting. I also ate spaghetti for lunch on Thursday, then for dinner I ate beef stew I had made in the slow cooker. Thursday night we went to a party, so I ate pizza and some chicken wings, not to mention lots of chips and a few drinks. On the weekend we went to visit my parents, so I ate a bunch there too. I'm a little surprised that I didn't gain more weight.

All I can do is try harder this week!
60,3 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 1,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 8,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

I think you did very well to get away with only a 1.5 lb gain after a week like that!! Well, you've had a great week off, so hopefully you'll be motivated to get back on track this week. Good luck!
