Ceebee's Logboek, 05 mei 10

Well my arms are sore... I trimmed three pretty big shrubs, and I pulled two buckets of weeds.. I am going to go out this a.m. and get the weeds that were in the sunshine, cause now they are nicely shaded. I have one more bush that needs trimming down.. but my arms are so freaking sore.. there is no way I could use the hedge shears. My whole chest area is crazy sore, my biceps,under my armpits, and my shoulder blades. That my friends was a workout. I had no idea I was doing it either. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Nice job! Build muscle and burn more fat! Always good to get a workout in while doing necessary things around the house. It makes it all that much more rewarding. :)
