Congratulations. The willingness is the first step. You will get lots of support and lots of different ideas here. Personally I am on a low carb, High fat, moderate protein way of eating (WOE). I've tried just deficit calories but can't stay with it. I'm a carb addict, especially sugar, but bread just makes me want more. Keto eating releases me from cravings and constant hunger right away. There aremanu sources on the web for this WOE. I started out reading Dr Mercola, went to Dr. Berg, and then just kept checking out site's others suggest. Keto connect is a fun site.
