Well I'm back down into the 180s again. Hopefully I can really stay there this time. I have found exercising to be a little challenging, because of a busy week. But when I've been going out to do various activities I've been trying to park farther away from the event so that I can get some walking in. This week I am going to focus on drinking more water and getting rid of the Pepsi and hopefully, cutting back on the energy drinks. I am going to the market today to see what I can find for fruits and veggies to incorporate into my meals and snacks.
