So after many attempts to get the weight off, I decided to sign up with physicians weight loss. I start tomorrow. According to them it will take 6 months to lose 100 pounds. I will keep you posted on how it goes. I received clearance from my Endocrinologist to do this and she indicated that I would need a diet of 1200 calories or less. Reminder I had thyroid cancer and two surgeries last year so I wanted to make sure she considered this safe. I still take levothyroxine and it is a very sensitive drug. Sorry for the long post but I want to make sure any considering this is checking with their physician. Stay tuned!
