Started keto diet 4 days ago. Very carefully keeping carbs out of my diet. Staying in ketosis. Will see how this works. Once I get down a few pounds will increase exercise intensity. Sparked up the Fitbit. Hitting my 10,000 steps this week. I was likely doing less than 5000 before this week. Sad
